Scott and Nicole have developed many close friends in Arkansas. Those that live in other parts of the country may not know much about their background and passion. This article written by one of Scott’s colleagues at Channel 7, KATV, in Little Rock in Oct. 2020 provides background information on Scott, Nicole, and their twin girls.
Scott and Nicole are also blessed with two boys, Garrett, a freshman in college, and Nathan who is in 5th grade. God has played such an important part in their lives, along with church and sports. I remember the times well as Nicole’s Mom and I were at the two-state soccer games and at their house when Nicole suffered her seizure, the event that started this journey in faith.

Nicole has claimed alot of scripture during her journey in the last two years. One of the scriptures that we all continue to claim is found in
1 Peter 1:3-7 – “Blessed be the God and Father of our Jesus Christ. According to His great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you rejoice, through now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, so that the tested genuineness of your faith – more precious than gold that perishes through it is tested by fire – may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.”
